These Terms of Service ('Terms') govern use of the web service 'CRED' ('Service') operated by takepoint Inc. ('Company'). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
1. Service description
The Service is a browser-based tool for adding watermarks and credits to images. All image processing is performed entirely in the user's browser; images are never uploaded to, or stored on, the Company's servers.
2. Fees
The Service is currently provided free of charge. The Company may introduce paid plans in the future.
3. Prohibited acts
Users must not engage in the following activities:

- —Processing images that infringe third-party copyrights, trademarks, portrait rights, or other rights
- —Interfering with the Service or attempting unauthorized access
- —Reverse-engineering, modifying, or redistributing the Service
- —Any other acts the Company deems inappropriate
4. Intellectual property
Copyright of images and logos uploaded by users belongs to the user or rightful owner. Rights to the Service itself (UI, brand, logo, etc.) belong to the Company.
5. Disclaimers
- —The Company makes no warranty that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fit for a particular purpose.
- —The Company assumes no responsibility for the content or use of images generated through the Service.
- —The Company is not liable for any damages to users or third parties arising from Service use.
6. Changes and termination
The Company may change, add to, or discontinue the Service without prior notice.
7. Changes to these Terms
The Company may modify these Terms without individual notice. Updated Terms become effective when posted on this page.
8. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan. The Tokyo District Court has exclusive jurisdiction over disputes in the first instance.
